Vehicle accident attorneys discuss recent deadly car wreck that kills driver. 68-year old Gregory Bush of Tulsa died in a fatal crash while driving his 1920 Model T Ford. According to police reports, another driver hit Bush’s vehicle in the rear and flipped it into another Oklahoma motor vehicle causing, his death. The negligent driver was suspecting of driving while intoxicated after officers determined that she physically smelled of alcohol. She also had blood shot eyes and slurred speech. She went to the hospital but refused a blood alcohol test. The test occurred later pursuant to a court order. This order determined that her BAC was over the legal limit.
